Pricey Engagement Rings Not Important To Many Millennials. See how wedding trends are changing.

I’m certainly no Millennial but I am thrifty so I can agree with them on not wanting to spend a small fortune on an engagement ring.

Wedding trends are changing. Gen Xers and Baby Boomers largely agreed that a minimum of one month’s salary should be spent on an engagement ring.

Many Millennials say they are OK with saving that money and spending much less than a month’s salary. 3% said they don’t believe in engagement rings and would not spend anything on one.
